Hiya everyone!
So if you didn't read the journal my husband wrote for me you didn't know that I went into a mental hospital and have been getting intense treatment for some time now for my depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other issues. (So if I say I understand what you're going through, it means I really do understand.)
But I'm trying to get back to things I enjoyed, this being one of them.
I'm going to have to change some of my rules and I know that that will be the hardest thing for me to do so please be accepting and just work with me. I'm trying to lessen my stress.

Hey, Everyone!
This is her hubby letting you know that Kat is going to be away for awhile. Depression and Anxiety have got the best of her so she's in a mental hospital. She went voluntarily and is sorry she isnt able to be a part of your lives. She is doing something for herself now so she can be better for everyone.
I also wanted to let you know that we have been fighting this for 4 years and for awhile it was better. Remember to take care of yourselves too.
